Premise of Information Gathering Practices

PAI collects information at PaymentAllianceIntl.com primarily to enhance the enjoyment of its users. These users desire activities such as:

Additionally, PAI never discloses any non-aggregate information to any commercial third party unless agreed to by the unique user through a special request, a special Opt-It statement (located on the actual information entry form specifying the identity of the third party and intent of use), a special agreement (such as the terms of use for PAI online services), and other such circumstances. All of the information collected at the PaymentAllianceIntl.com is stored in databases exclusively controlled by PAI. Complete and meaningful access to this data is restricted within PAI to a small set of executives.

User Responsibility

If a user does not want to share information with PAI, it is strongly recommended that they not participate in any activity that requires them to fill out a form.
