Premise of Information Gathering Practices

PAI collects information at PaymentAllianceIntl.com primarily to enhance the enjoyment of its users. These users desire activities such as:

  • Reporting
  • Analytical Information
  • Account Data
  • ... etc.

PAI can only provide these activities by obtaining certain types of information from participating users. For minimal activities only name and an eMail address are required for user participation (although other information may be requested). For more extensive activities age, name, Zip Code, gender, and other types of information may be required for user participation.

Information Disclosure

PAI NEVER DISCLOSES PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC WITHOUT SPECIFIC PERMISSION FROM THE UNIQUE USER OR INSTRUCTED TO BY GOVERNMENT OR LAW ENFORCEMENT AUTHORITIES. Additionally, PAI never discloses any non-aggregate information to any commercial third party unless agreed to by the unique user through a special request, a special Opt-It statement (located on the actual information entry form specifying the identity of the third party and intent of use), a special agreement (such as the terms of use for PAI online services), and other such circumstances. All of the information collected at the PaymentAllianceIntl.com is stored in databases exclusively controlled by PAI. Complete and meaningful access to this data is restricted within PAI to a small set of executives.

User Responsibility

If a user does not want to share information with PAI, it is strongly recommended that they not participate in any activity that requires them to fill out a form. If the user has submitted information and then requested that it be removed from all PAI databases, then that user is responsible for the determination of whether his/her information can be resubmitted at PaymentAllianceIntl.com. PAI will delete information in its databases, but will not proactively screen for users that violate online laws. The majority of the PAI site is meant to be used without the disclosure of any personally identifiable information. Small sets of data (cookies) may be placed on the systems of anonymous and known users for traffic analysis and usage enhancements. No personal information is included in this data. If a user wishes to avoid these cookies, they can alter their Internet software accordingly, most of the PAI site will still be available in these circumstances.

PAI is a commercial Internet site. PAI has taken several measures to differentiate PAI from promotional partners. This statement does not cover the conduct or methods of displayed and/or external partners. PAI in no way accepts responsibility for the actions, events, or conduct of external parties.

Updates To This Statement

PAI reserves the right to alter, or update, this statement as is reasonable in the course of conducting pertinent operational activities. All users who have submitted personal information will be notified of changes to this statement within 48 hours of the time it goes into effect.
